Cultivated by smallholder farmers in clay-rich soils between 900 and 1,590 meters, this blend of Yellow & Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema reveals a cup alive with cocoa depth, floral brightness, and a hint of citrus lift.
Each bean is fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and sun-dried on patios and raised beds, producing a smooth, aromatic cup that’s as balanced as it is distinctive.
