Sumatra – The Earth’s Deepest Brew
Profile: Dark Chocolate • Dried Fruit • Earthy • Syrupy Body • Lingering Finish
Roast: Medium-Dark
From the misty mountains of Aceh, Takengon, where the air is thick with history and harvest, comes a coffee as bold as the land itself. Our Sumatra is sourced from the renowned Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative, where farmers cultivate Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varieties at 1,100–1,600 meters above sea level.
Processed by the traditional Giling Basah (Wet-Hulling) method unique to Indonesia, each bean reveals medium acidity, syrupy depth, and dark chocolate richness, layered with dried fruit and earthy undertones that linger luxuriously long after the final sip.
This is a coffee for those who crave depth—mystical, grounded, and powerfully royal.
Rooted in heritage. Roasted for the throne.
